We are looking for ambitious candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine interest in M&A to join our Stockholm office as an Analyst starting in autumn 2026 or earlier.

What you'll do

  • Work on sell- and buy-side mandates with exposure to various industries
  • Involvement in all steps of the M&A process, ranging from financial analysis and modelling, to negotiations, marketing and legal processes
  • Work with different client groups, such as entrepreneurs, private equity firms and corporates
  • Conduct company and industry research
  • Prepare financial and valuation analyses

About you

  • Excellent educational background with a strong degree
  • Preferably relevant internships or work experience within Investment Banking, elite M&A boutique, Management Consultancy, or other advisory, or other work experiences demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work in a high focused team environment
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Great interpersonal skills (verbal and written) with a self-starter mentality and the ability to get things done
  • Experience in financial modelling with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and strong skills in collaborative situations
