Join our vibrant team and play a key role in driving the success of our Debt Advisory team as we grow together! We are now looking for interns in Q4 2026.

What you'll do

  • Involvement in leveraged buyout financings, refinancings and financial restructurings for well-known clients (private equity, mid-market companies)
  • Support in the preparation of presentations for clients
  • Preparation of Excel-based financial models
  • Preparation of company/competitor analyses
  • Research activities using public sources and specific databases

About you

  • Motivation, responsibility as well as resilience with a lot of initiative and team spirit
  • A strong track record of at least three Master’s semesters in economics or natural sciences
  • Preferable work experience from previous internships at banks, WPs, private equity companies, strategy consultancies or comparable companies
  • Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in German and English
