What you'll do
Work on sell- and buy-side mandates with exposure to various industries
Involvement in all steps of the M&A process, ranging from financial analysis, modelling and valuation, to negotiations, marketing and legal processes
Work with different client types, such as entrepreneurs, private equity firms and corporates
Conduct company and industry research
Prepare financial and valuation analyses
About you
Excellent educational background with a strong degree
1-2 years of relevant full-time work experience within M&A or transaction advisory, with an ACA/ACCA qualification viewed as a strong plus
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, both independently and as part of a team
Experience in financial modelling with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Native or equivalent in English required with proficiency in German, Swedish or Finnish viewed as an advantage
