Working Student - Marketing, CRM & Event Support (20 hours/week)

Join our growing team
As a Working Student supporting our Marketing team, you will play a vital role in maintaining our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date contact information. Additionally, you will assist in event planning for both internal and external events and update PowerPoint materials. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our social media marketing efforts, particularly on LinkedIn.
What you'll do
  • Update and maintain contact information within our CRM system
  • Research outdated contacts and update records accordingly
  • Converting outdated PowerPoint slides into the new corporate design and updating PowerPoint library
  • Contribute to social media marketing initiatives, specifically on LinkedIn
  • Assist in planning and organising internal company events/trips and external client events
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director on various projects across different offices
About you
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Prior experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Fluent in German (C1) & English (B2)

 Als Werkstudent:in im Bereich Marketing, CRM & Event Support unterstützt du unser Team bei spannenden Aufgaben rund um Datenpflege, Eventorganisation und Social Media. Dabei bekommst du Einblicke in unterschiedliche Marketingbereiche und arbeitest eng mit der Marketingleitung zusammen.
What you'll do
  • Pflege, Aktualisierung und Qualitätssicherung von Kontaktdaten in unserem CRM-System
  • Recherche und Aktualisierung veralteter Kontakte
  • Überarbeitung und Gestaltung von PowerPoint-Präsentationen sowie Pflege und Aktualisierung der PowerPoint-Bibliothek
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Organisation interner Firmenveranstaltungen und externer Kundenevents
  • Mitarbeit bei unseren Social-Media-Aktivitäten, insbesondere auf LinkedIn
  • Zusammenarbeit mit der Marketingleitung bei spannenden Projekten über mehrere Standorte hinweg
About you
  • Eingeschriebene:r Student:in im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, BWL, Eventmanagement oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang
  • Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit einem Auge fürs Detail
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist
  • Eigeninitiative und gutes Zeitmanagement
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit CRM-Systemen sind ein Plus
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2)
