Join our vibrant team and play a key role in driving the success of our HR operations as we grow together!
What you'll do
Assist with onboarding and offboarding of our interns during the year
Prepare employment contracts and manage reference letters
Support the recruitment process by posting job adverts, ensuring timely and professional communication with applicants, including scheduling interviews
Maintain and update HR data in our HR system (Personio), ensuring accuracy and compliance
Help manage HR administration by keeping HR documentation up to date
About you
Currently enrolled in a degree program, ideally with a focus on HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in HR or administration is a plus
Proficient in German and English
