Comprehensive involvement in the entire M&A and financing process as well as responsibility for developingand training interns
About you
An excellent degree in the field of economics and familiar with accounting standards (HGB, IFRS) and financial analysis
Experience in corporate finance advisory or investment banking, from previous internships
Great interpersonal skills (verbal and written) with a self-starter mentality and the ability to get things done combined with strong personal skills in collaborative situations
Experience in credit and financial modelling with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Fluent German and English, speaking and writing
