What you'll do
  • As a Business Controller, you will take charge of both operational and strategic controls, ensuring our business operates efficiently and with foresight
  • You will be at the helm of management-centric planning and reporting processes, ensuring transparency and actionable insights for strategic decision-making
  • Acting as a pivotal bridge to management, you will facilitate monthly review meetings across our offices, fostering alignment and collaborative strategy refinement
  • Your role involves the critical analysis of business development, crafting meaningful reports that include comparisons of planned versus actual performance, illuminating paths for adjustment and growth
  • You are tasked with orchestrating budget planning and control, alongside conducting detailed cost analyses aimed at optimizing our infrastructure, ensuring sustainable expansion and operational excellence
  • Elevating our operational capabilities, you will spearhead the enhancement of our existing CRM system and independently champion the integration of suitable, innovative controlling systems and processes, setting new standards for efficiency and effectiveness

About you
  • You have a degree in business administration or comparable training
  • You have experience in financial planning and analysis, internal accounting, as well as cost and investment controlling
  • Known for a solution-oriented approach, robust implementation skills, and a capacity for analytical and strategic thought
  • You are characterised by your openness and flexibility
  • Proficient in both German and English, coupled with a strong inclination for IT
